What a fantastic week we've had in class!

We’ve been diving deep into number lines, exploring how they help us understand place value, rounding, and estimating. Pupils have been working hard to explain their thinking and challenge themselves with trickier intervals.

In literacy, we’ve been editing our persuasive speeches, focusing on improving sentence structure and using more powerful vocabulary. It’s been brilliant to see how much more confident everyone is becoming with their writing!

Rehearsals are in full swing for our Harvest Around the World performance. The class has been learning about harvest celebrations in different countries and preparing lines, and dances to share with families soon.

To top it all off, we had an unforgettable trip to Welsh National Opera in Cardiff Bay! Pupils were mesmerised by the behind-the-scenes tour and even got to try out some vocal warm-ups. It was a magical experience that brought music and performance to life.
